Regarding restrictions on the transfer of AIM securities:

• Boston Equities Corporation is subject to a Lock-In arrangement which expires on 30 December 2007.

• All minority Estech shareholders who recently acquired shares in ReEnergy group plc (see page 6 of the Preliminary Statement for details of the offer) are subject to a 12 month Lock-In arrangement from the date they were registered as members of ReEnergy Group (from 19 July 2007 until 18 July 2008).
