Dennis is a licensed CPA in the state of California and has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and tax.  Prior to joining the company, Dennis was the CFO of a NASDAQ listed medical technology company.  Dennis has extensive experience in raising private equity and various forms of secured and line-of-credit financing.  He holds an MBA from Cornell University.

Dennis is also Chief Financial Officer of ReEnergy Desalination Inc.
