Michael was appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director on 4 August 2009.

He has extensive experience in capital markets and serves as Non-Executive Director for a number of AIM quoted companies. His background is in the telecommunications and technology arena, where he has worked for the last 18 years, specialising in strategy and mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies. He holds an Engineering degree as well as an MBA.
