Daniel was appointed to the Board as a non-executive Director on 17 July 2009.

His experience is in the fields of company law and corporate governance, and is a practising solicitor specialising in Corporate and Commercial Litigation. He has experience of the regulation of AIM quoted companies and has acted for such companies previously. He holds a Degree in Law and a Masters Degree in Commercial Law and International Sales.
